APPARTMENT !

Yes, my dreams finally came to reality, I found an appartment in this world of chaos and misery (and administration).

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I will move in mid December, all that is left to do is:

- give an awful lot of money to the company who owns the place

- buy almost everything to fill in the place (starting with a bed and a decent audio setup, something I did not own for 10 years at least)

- buy a car

- buy a bar

- fill up the bar

- drink the bar with a bunch of friends

- feel happy (wich I do already, check)

Hopefully you pals will be invited to come and inaugurate the place soon, I can't wait to see that happen!

(for those of you living too far to come and see me, you just don't try hard enough, come on, there will always be a cozzy place waiting for you)

Hier on m'a fait découvrir une perle: un site entièrement dédié à Martine, oui, l'héroïne des petits enfants qui était toujours sage et dont les récits étaient toujours guidés par la morale et les schémas préfabriqués de la future femme d'intérieur accomplie.

Eh bien je dois dire qu'au début j'étais surpris que l'on me conseille de jeter un coup d'oeil là-dessus. Rien de bien intéressant à priori...
Prenez garde aux détails: vous verrez que quelque fois, à l'instar des épices, ils peuvent vous transformer un met fade et triste en un met somptueux et plein d'ingéniosité. Jetez-y un brin de scynisme et un trait d'humour, vous aurez un mélange détonnant!

Sorry guys, just a joke, besides, this place is not half as cool as the one I imagine to be my ideal place, so cheer up! One day I will rule the world and have a nice place to live in, and you will all be my guests!

Why talk about about paradisiac places to live in you might ask?
Because I am actually struggling to find a place of my own (yes I do live at my parent's for now, something I ought to make a part of my past real quick). Looking for an appartment is not a pleasant thing, oh no, abit depressing too, but each visit is an occasion to get better at seducing the owners: a tad of humor here, a touch of seduction there, smart clothes and a big smile makes your chances of succeeding significantly increase (or you think it does).
Today I visited a nice place near Morges (not far from Lausanne for those of you who don't know the place), seems I took a good start with the owner, next step I will double cross my fingers and pray to get it through all the steps 'till the final victory.

Take care people, hopefully next time you'll be able to come to something called "MY PLACE".
